Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. She won the most awards for her performances in the films Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard and Claudia Shepard in Nashville (2012). The role she played was that of Jerrica Jem benton in the 2015 film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida, by the parents Wendy Ashley and Wendy Ashley. She is the older sister of Ally. When she was growing up, Aubrey performed with The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. She was valedictory of the 2012 class. Harvard University had accepted her. They did however agree to her admission twice. The second time it was because of her Nashville role. Peeples guest-starred in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and played the role of a regular in Necessary Roughness (1991). She also appeared in TV movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 as well as The Good Mother). The Good Mother was the show's second season. she was cast as Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. In 2019, Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder during an interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire has named Peeples as one of the best actors under the age of twenty in September 2014.
